I have to admit...in the beginning August 2007. Me and the complex were off to a rocky start. Now everything is fine. I live in a one bedroom in the front of the ocmplex ..there are no children running around. I have little if any "bug"problems my neighbors are relatively quiet, the rent is reasonable for the square footage and I have a great screen porch the serves as another room during the summer time. Chiquita has been great. So much better then the previous leasing manager. My maintance issues are addressed quickly and they do a fairly good job. The grounds are well groomed and the complex isn't a city within a city.
I've read the other comments....and it's pretty sad....there is a community of apartment complexes on Pleasantdale Road..if these people are so unhappy they have plenty of other places to choose from. I'm going to renew my lease until I'm ready to actually buy something.

YOU NEED TO STOP TELLING THE LIES ----- CAUSE YOU KNOW THAT THIS PLACE HAS WENT DOWN SO YOU ARE JUST LIKE HER DON'T LIKE KIDS WANT THE KIDS TO PLAY IN THAT NASTY ASS DIRTY PLAY GROUND TEENAGER CAN'T COME OUT AND HANG OUT WITH THERE FRIENDS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN IN SCHOOL ALL DAMN DAY GET REAL YOU KNOW THAT THIS PLACE HAS WENT DOWN AND THE GROUNDS LOOKS LIKE ----.
