This place is just about the bottom of the barrel. The management is on an ego trip.
The noise in the units is awfull. If you live in a unit above you, you can here them havuing sex. That is how poorly constructed the units are.
The Management doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing, in other word they are dumb as a rock, and the sad thing is that they have no clue how to run the place.
No maintenance, and Chiquita (Banana) ego is bigger than she is. and Her Boss from Peachtree Road (Wingate Management) is just as bad.
The assistant mgr withe the pot Belly is rude all the time
This place is joke!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to diagree with you. I think chiquita was a great manager. She looked out for me and my family when the drug dealers sat in the breezeway and wouldnt move. She always gave the best service and when I found out she left to get married, I decided to move out. We will never have a good manager like that again. Its always people like you who made our place to live bad. Moe out if you hate it so much.
