As an update to the review "you get what you pay for", please make sure you keep the receipts for all payments. I moved out and was told by chiquita that my $200 deposit would be mailed to me in 2-4 weeks. I called back 4 weeks later and was told by the man in the office that it might take up to 6 weeks. 2 weeks later that same man said that chaiquita says I don't get my deposit back. They said that regardless of the signed leasing agreement stating that my $200 would be returned they couldn't give it to me without a receipt proving that I paid it. And their management company was just as unhelpful. COMPLETE FOOLISHNESS.
