OMG, I just moved here from out of state and these are the most colorful people I have ever met!!! The personalities in the office are so inviting. I love Michelle, she is so friendly and Bill reminds me of an old friend. I feel like im apart of of their office family.

I agree. I have lived here for a few months now and I love it. The location is perfect and the complex is very well kept up. The office staff is responsive and polite. I read some of the other reviews and found them quite funny, actually.

Please stop lying, you must work in the office or have been paid to say that. Pleasantdale Crossing used to be a nice place to live, well by now you must regret typing this review. Yes Michelle is a nice and sweet person but that's about all I can say about the office staff. I also think Raymond is a good guy plus he's been here the longest but other than that everyone else in there can kiss my @ss. I hate to even go into the office because I can never get a straight answer but I can get a lot of attitude. And what about Jan? She's never there and when you are able to talk to her a bunch of ---- comes out of her mouth. I wish they would find a Property Manager with some sense to run this place. Don't worry as soon as my lease is up (well as soon as they figure out when that is) I will be MOVING!!!!!!
