We definitely agree with the the previous posted comments. We moved in March 2007 and the management is terrible Michelle is dingy and Tasha is incompetent. We were supposed to have a free alarm and it is yet to be activated. The walls are thin. The courtesy patrol never answers when you have a noise complaint. Maintenance sucks all they do is stand around all day. BUGS ARE EVERYWHERE. The pest control guy sucks. We have had water leaking from the ceiling in the bath since we moved in and it has not been fixed. The kitchen is old nothing has been updated since it was built. Neighbors play music tv as loud as they want. The gate stay broken. There has been two break ins since we moved here. We are moving as soon as the lease is up. If you value your money STAY AWAY!!!

Hear, HEARRRR!! lol.. Its horrible. IF I were you Id send her a note by fax and email! She anwsers (Tasha) when you threaten her unfortunatly, I had to go there and get nasty and if you roof is leaking you should call and tell them that it IS legal to not pay ur rent and file a petion because that is dangerous mold etc... Once you file with Clayton county Magistrate Court they will have to pay ur moving fees to move out into another apartment. TRUST I have done my research! Good Luck.

I have a BIG HOLE in my bathroom ceiling that leaks like a waterfall everytime my neighbor takes a shower. I called Michelle, Allison, Tammy and Tasha about it to no evail. Finally the "maintenance" people came and patched it up without fixing the leak. Well guess what happened the water continued to leak and now the hole is HUGE nevertheless I will be gone by the first and they can do whatever they want to do with it. This place has gone to the dogs. Stop hanging all the darn decorations and making the outside inviting; and take care of the inside what really matters!!!
