I was one of those people that said I would never listen to one of these sites...I beg you not to be this way and read what I have to say. I moved into these apartments four years ago with my then Husband and small daughter. The office staff was very helpful and there were no problems. Since that time I've separated and my daughter and I remained at the property, thinking it was a nice place to live. The first problem I want to address in the HORRIBLE office staff or staffs I should say, they changed personnel more than cars change lanes. I am person that is not affected much by change, if it is for the better. The staff that was in here were total idiots, Tasha the manager was so VIP you could never get to her; always forced to speak with her minions. Allison is a dark haired blonde and misplaced paperwork all the time not to mention, NEVER completed a service call. Michelle was very sweet but terrible on follow up. Tammy, no comment. Which brings me to the newest staff, forgive me it I can't call them by name their attitudes are so un-inviting that I stay away from the office. The new manager, "Sister Girl", is so bou-ghetto that is it unreal. I actually witnessed her inform a resident in need that she was on her "lunch break" with an attitude when he only asked for assistance with a fax. The service it terrible, come and complete an application and you will see, don't take my word for it. To give you an example my bathroom ceiling started leaking a few months ago, my upstairs neighbors' tub apparently, I call the office and informed them, Allison, she sent maintenance who came by and patched up, without fixing the leak. Well now the whole has returned and it's bigger and better than ever. I am not calling them again, I am moving out in about two weeks. Maybe they'll patch it up again before you move in. You can find a much better value if you chose to reside in Clayton Cty. To sum it all up; if you are looking for a nice complex on the outside with rude employees, hoodrats and -------- that party all night and creep around the complex, THEN WELCOME HOME!!!
