I love living here!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   I decided to come back to Post again after a negative experience at another Post property years ago. I am glad I gave Post another chance. Everything here is convienent and people are friendly---my husband and I actually know our neighbors. The office staff is friendly and accomodating.Of course there is the ubiquitous noisy neighbor but the office knows of the problem and is watching it. The laundry room is clean (I only used it for about 6 months before we bought our own washer and dryer.)The office keeps you informed with lots of memos and is straightforward when we had a few petty car break ins on the property, they didn't try to hide anything. I joined the YMCA next door so it is convienent to have a health club next door (as this is one of the older Post properties-it is 19 years old and wasn't built with a clubhouse or health facilities----the leasing office sends folks to the Y if they are interested in a health club, and they have a reciprocal agreement with the Post across from the Brookhaven MARTA station if a resident wants to use a Post-facility for exercise.)We love living here!! I moved in last year and it's great.I do not know what the deposit is as I was not charged one due to my excellent credit and residence history at my last apartment where I lived for 7 years.
