It Has It's Good Points, and Bad

Years at this apartment:
2005
-
2008
I'm going to try to make this review as fair and impartial as possible. I have lived here for three years.
The Upside: The apartments are nice enough, and the staff and maintenance make sure you are taken care of. If you needed something fixed, they were right on top of it. The buildings and landscaping are well kept up. There is plenty of parking. The neighborhood is nice, and everything you need is within a ten-minute walk.
The Downside: Although I never fell victim, we did occasionally receive notices about cars being broken into (one was actually stolen, but that person left the doors unlocked, and the keys in the ignition), and once we got a note about a robbery that occured. The apartments are very small, and the rent is very high. There were indeed bugs, but no roaches, so that didn't really bother me.
I cannot say I would recommend this place, simply because of the rate at which the rent skyrockets when it's time to renew. When we first moved in in 2005, we were paying $630 for our unit. Three years later, we are paying $200 more.
