Enjoyed living here - yes there are some minor problems - the fire alarms did go off (contractor screwed up repair and took a while to get it right) - minor rain leaking issues from balacony from above apt (fixed right the first time) - noise from street (umm its MIDTOWN!!). But at the end of the day - it IS an apartment complex - NOT a hotel or your home - there are going to be some bumps in the road - what do you expect people' That being said compared to other apt. complex I would have to say Biltmore rocks! GREAT LOCATION! Awesome staff who really goes out of their way to make things right. If the noise bothers you - why did you move to midtown - go to Chastain' Being a brand new building there are going to be minor growing pains - ie fire alarms. Been here since mid yr 2002 and really enjoyed it - I am sure you will too!
