Feel the Urban-ocity-ness-atude!

I've been living at the Post Biltmore for about 2 months now, and things are great.
First off, the staff has been incredibly accommodating to me. They let me stay rent-free in the 'model apartment' until my unit was totally vacated and ready, have handled all the small problems with the unit in a very timely fashion, and have been attentive to all of my needs as an Atlanta newcomer.
The one minor downside is urban noise, which is only a slight nuisance. Considering the neighborhood, this should be expected. The construction of a new high-rise mega-condo will sometimes wake you up at 7 am (I'm a light sleeper), and my first floor unit can feel the occasional MARTA train pass underneath, but to me this is part of the charm of living 'in the city.'
Utilities are a dream, especially cable and t-1 internet. Packaged together, they cost just $75 per month. Parking is free (after a non-refundable start up fee) and plentiful. Gas grills are available for your use anytime. A free gym is on site, and washer/dryers are included in most units.
Having lived in Chicago and New York City, the amount of great bars, restaurants, artsy-fartsy stuff and shopping make PB an ideal choice for young, single professionals in Atlanta. Post Biltmore has paid careful attention to detail, and so far I'm happy with my choice.
