Nice apartments; nice location; friendly and competent staff; no hassles

I'm very happy with the place. It's in a nice location---two blocks from Peachtree St., about five blocks from the Fox Theatre, three blocks from the edge of the Georgia Tech campus (Technology Square), ten blocks from the Arts Center, and ten blocks from Piedmont Park.
Most importantly to me, because I have other things I need to be doing, there are no hassles. The property is newish (built 1999) and built reasonably well, so is in good repair with absolutely no bugs or other such problems. The staff is friendly and helpful: the maintenance staff fixes anything broken in a timely fashion, and the front office staff will try to resolve any problems that might come up, including things like noise issues.
For all that, it's a reasonable price. It's slightly more expensive than other options in the area, but it's worth the $100-$200/month more to have a professional and responsive staff, clean grounds, a nice building, and no hassles.
