Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
walking distance to to plenty of restaurants in midtown.

the only complaints i have are:

1) on weekends the noise is horrible. the club Halo is right across the street, and drunks stumble out until 3 AM, screaming in the street.

2) i can hear the person above me - not very good sound insulation

3) this is VERY poor insulation on my windows...it's either freezing cold during winter or burning up during the summer.
