The top floor apartments are very nice- hard wood floors and cool layouts. They are a bit over priced for their sizes. The location is great. The problem is the quality of the management. I would say they are more or less competent, but that is a step down since Tanya left. She was extremely competent and personable. Chris is OK, but the other guy has the personality of a car wreck. One strange dude.

Tanya was great but the others are not that bad - just more officious. They still take care of all of your needs.
