I've lived here since 5/02 and recently when my lease was up for renewal I shopped around. Nothing compared. Post Biltmore's location is bar none (just look at all the condos going up around us) and their staff (office and maintenance) are great; they will do any favor you ask and no request is too big. Having renewed my lease for a 5th year shows this is midtown's place to be.

Amazing, renting five years... you've got to be kidding. I think Post's personnel write these reviews... Post is over-priced and tricky. I was going to rent at one of its fancy locations, Post Riverside...put down a big deposit, far more than I should have if you read the website and literature, but pressured to do so by the leasing agent. Then, they didn't even have the unit ready... I had made all these plans, canceled my lease at my previous place and all Post offered to do was store my stuff until they could get the tenant to move out. Big mistake... I was told one story after another about the situation. I'd never rent from Post.
