There are loud bars across the street. People scream at all hours of the night. Security is bad. Cars and apartments have been broken into and the management doesn't care. They usually try to blame the victims. The parking situation is bad. It's nearly impossible for guests to find parking. Each year the rent increases are ridiculously exorbitant. The management seems to randomly put hostile letters one all the residents' doors. The halls and parking garage are often not clean. Sometimes this is due to loud wild parties from students. Don't live here.

I agree that living on the side with Halo and Pint & Plate is not good for people who do not like loud noise, but I live on the Cypress street side and it is fine. Every place in the city has break-in, but if you'd read the Midtown Alliance reports, they rank the apartment and condo places that are broken into, and PB has a like 3% break-in rate compared to others in the neighborhood. And guests are not guaranteed a parking place as you're only paying for one space - that's just how city living is. Though, honestly, parking on the fourth level or above is usually pretty open, especially the two sixth level. Almost no one parks up there. I have never seen the hallways dirty other than from dirt or leave, but they are breezeways with openings at either end, so that's to be expected. The only thing I totally agree with is the rent increase - it is way too much. Rent is already a fairly high price (though you are paying for location), but the increase is unnecessary. The last apartment I lived in was a two bedroom and the price increase was over a hundred dollars. And when it was put back on the list of available units, it was twenty dollars cheaper than wait my roommate and I were paying! Ridiculous.
