I experienced noise problems from day one at this place. The insulation between apartments is almost non-existent. I could hear my neighbors in all directions, speciallly the ones living directly above me. They used to play loud music every single night starting around 10PM and late into the night. Had to call the cops half a dozen times before they turned the volume down!
Overall, its a total waste of money to live here. If you would like to live in ungraduate dorms, and expensive one at that, then this is the place for you!
