I had repeated problems with parking and maintenance. I had problems with the leasing office signing for and keeping my UPS deliveries for themselves. The automatic gates frequently malfunctioned. Sometimes, locking residents OUT of the apartment complex late at night with no way to get into the gates. Other times, the gates would be propped open since the security features weren't working. Then we had problems with vandals and car break-ins. The computers which ran the security card system malfunctioned and deleted my card from the system randomly on two different occasions. The complex management would not inforce fire lane parking rules, which could have created a dangerous situation in the event of a fire. On several occasions the management was so negligent and unwilling to help with problems that I had to contact the corporate officers to get my problems resolved. They offered a referral bonus for referring new tenants, but did not follow through on this agreement. I recommend against leasing at Post Briarcliff under any circunstances. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
