Pretty decent... as long as you don't have loud neighbors.

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2006-01-01
Pros:
- close to I-85, midtown/downtown, grocery store, Emory, CDC, lil five points, va highland
- has apartments with attached garages (a must for me)
- pretty clean neightborhood
Cons:
- paper thin walls & windows.
- poor heating/cooling efficiency (hate the gas stove)
- bedrooms next to staircase might as well be without walls... steps resonate through the wall
Neutral:
- staff is pretty nice... sometime you have to try a few times to get the answer, but they are pretty nice.
- parking is ok... depending on the apt location.
- gym can be packed, but nice equipments & convenient
Overall:
I would recommend it, if you want a gated neightboorhood with average to above-average rating.
(Since I MUST HAVE a garage, if they didn't have garage-attached units, it would be a toss up between any other apartments in the area.)
