The complex is run-down. The management company is horrific - and the African - American should not take it personally. They don't like anyone who is smarter or better than they are. They are the dumbest, rudest, most obnoxious management team I have ever encountered.

Their leases contain a clause that says they reserve the right to prevent tenants from coming into the office. Need I say more.

That speaks for itself! Never rent there.
