I have come to the conclusion there is bait and switch going on at Post Briarcliff. The areas are nicely landscaped, and it's so pleasant to watch your neighbor let his dog poop right in that great landscaping and just walk away. Then it go inside your apartment and hear his dog barking and 100% of his conversations (even using the bathroom) because the walls are so thin!! I was hooked in at a low yearly rental rate, now that a lot of students have graduated, and more are looking for housing for the fall that rates have extremely increased. In my case if I want to renew, it's 10% more per month, do the math, that is on average $110!! Management at this place thinks they are SUPERIOR! The will rake you in with sweet kindness and then snub you after the lease is signed. Unbelievable and totally unprofessional! Maintanence is the only good thing about this place, they are fast and nice.
