This place is horrible. There is no rent control and my rent has suddenly increased by 30% if I wish to renew my lease. The only thing that matters to this management is money. They will drain your pocket. For 1300 dollars I can easily rent a luxury apartment in midtown atlanta. Before you consider this place, think carefully expecially if you are looking for a long term stay in one place
