Rent is steep, but the complex is okay overall...

I just renewed my lease, and I agree that the increase was significantly more than I expected. However, the grounds are kept very well and the maintenance folks are very kind and curteous. The leasing staff is sub par to say the least, but I have very little interaction with them because my apartment generally needs little maintenance.

Great location, well manicured grounds, and nice apartments make P.B. a place that I enjoy.
