We have lived in Post Briarcliff for two years. The complex is nice, our walls are plenty thick and we never hear our neighbors. Management is very helpful and have resolved any maintanance issues quickly and professionally. The rent is a little steep but the complex is well maintained, landscaped and the ameneties are great. We have had a plot in the urban vegetable garden for two summers. The management supplies plants, water, fertilizer, an advisor . . . everything you need to grow your own vegetables. The complex is very pet friendly with little doggy bag dispensers near all the grassy areas. Many of the residents are young, but partying doesn't seem to get out of hand.
