The review written on 08/19 has clearly been submitted by the management. If you pay attention to the bad reviews written earlier, you will notice that in the 08/19 review the management is trying to refute the negative aspects mentioned by the residents, like the residents being young and partying all the time, plus the fact that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbour is doing. Read carefully through the following. I am a resident here at postbriarcliff and I do not advise anyone to rent in this place. All the negative reviews are true and it is very pathetic that the management is writing reviews on this website. It is very clear from what the neighbours here are saying that the community has really become unlivable. With this amount of money, you can get yourself a decent house with a decent mortgage payments. Just for the sake of completness, there were two break-ins recently to the community; therefore, safety is also an issue here.

I agree it is not great, but overall not bad either. The walls are defintely a problem as others mentioned. Having to listen to your neighobors moaning every night isn't good. Also why no elevators? To climb three sets of big stairs is a bit ridiculous. It is in a good area, so I wouldn't be worried about crime.
