The most common complaint on here is the raising of the rent or the apartment is too expensive for what it is. If it weren't for the high rent all the undesirables would move in and it would be a third world village. Read the reviews of Park Point North apartments (formerly Post Park) Barrington Canyon(former Post Canyon) Barrington Chase (former Post Chase) and barrington Club (former Post Club). There are a whole lot more former Post properties around that have been sold and are under new management. If you read the reviews on here of those properties you will find that the new management came in and lowered rent to get the place full, leading to a lot of losers moving in. Than all the crime moves in. Post Briarcliff is a real nice place, you people have no idea how bad things could be.

lmao @ "listen up f@cksticks!!" - whoa you made me crack up laffing with that one. but i'm co-signing. i used to live at Post Briarcliff. i had nothing but the quietest nicest experience living there. i loved the place. i had to go back to NYC because of job reasons. Atlanta is a nice place to live I'm sure (better than New York) - but the apartment i had at post briarcliff was the ONLY THING i regretted having to give up. this was almost 4 years ago. i STILL think about that apartment and I miss it.

You Sir, are an absolute moron. So your argument is that its ok to be overpriced so that only rich people can afford it? Shouldn't they do something with all that profit? You're talking like the crime comes from the people that live there. Then explain to me why there were breakins once a month when I lived there? And that is not an exaggeration, there were over 10 breakins in the year that I lived there. Why not use some of that excess profit and provide some SECURITY? I have lived in 4 different places in Atlanta, and Post Briarcliff is the only one I have hated. In fact, Post Briarcliff is the only place I've hated living EVER. I'm easy to please, and they severly dissapointed me. I complained once about having ants in my place, and they waited over a week to get that taken care of. Even after 5 calls explaining I had ants crawling on me in bed. Seriously. I honestly could go on and on about how many problems they have at this place, but read the reviews, they speak for themselves. Don't listen to this moron. Reread his first two sentences and you'll see he's just an elitist idiot.
