This apartment complex has a major problem. It is the noisy neighbours playing loud music in their apartments daytime and nighttime. The insulation between apartments is poor, I can hear my neighbour when he is talking over the phone. The main reason why this happens is the residents being Graduate students at Emory University and the fact that they do like to party everyday. I have complained several times to the management but nothing was done nor I think will be done. I am really unfortunate to have to pay an expensive rent for such cheap apartments and sleepless nights. Besides the noise problem, the complex really needs extra parking spots. The swimming pools are not being cleaned regularly as they used to be. There have been multiple break-ins recently (although the management has taken steps to increase security around the community by hiring security personnel-none of whom are avaiable during the night since I have made several calls for noise issues and no one showed or even returned my calls the next day). In summary, it is indeed a great location but the quality of life there is not worth the money that I am paying right now.
