I am currently a resident and have been for two years..my second year is about to e up. The rent is increased each year per "cost of living", it goes up almost 100.00 a month.
Security is a HUGE probelm. There have been car break ins, apartment break-ins, and the latest being two armed robberies within a GATED community. The gates are a joke..people just follow closely to the person in front of them and get right in.
Staff in the front office are also a joke. Seems there is always new people each time you have to go by the office. Apartments are run down, plumbing clogs often.
Parking is also horrible! I have had to park two buildings away before.
For how much the rent is the apartments are not worth it!!
Cant wait to move out! Lots of people moving out!
