I am a graduate student at Emory University living at the Post Briarcliff. I love my apartment, but walking from my car my apartment is scary. During the summer, I would often come home after 10pm to an unlit stairwell. There was an armed robbery outside my building a few weeks ago. The VERY NEXT NIGHT, the lights in the stairwells leading to my apartment were not working. Anyone moving to Atlanta looking for a place to live should know that you will feel no safer at this complex. I wish I'd decided to live somewhere else because feeling secure is worth so much more than being in a convenient, clean, and fun complex.

Things have changed since then...from my understanding it was a neighborhood issue (downside of living in a nice area is that it can be a target for crime)...
