I've lived at Post 3 years and I will say that it's been great. The well manicured gardens, the 2 pools, tennis courts, and ideal location (especially for professionals who work or go to school at Emory) has been a big plus. I am from up north and I will say that this has been a real bargain considering all the amenities (I will be leaving for up north again and am paying an arm and a leg to get anywhere even up close to the same amenities).
The online system and good upkeep is especially nice (not to mention that community feeling). Also, they have changed their security drastically since a spat of security issues (really of the Druid Hills neighborhood--which is a nice neighborhood in Atlanta and thus a target of crime)--almost too much with security presence everywhere.
All in all, a great place (especially with new design and renovations) and a reputable name.

This is a fake review from the Leasing Office! They gave themselves almost a perfect score! This is laughable! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Read some of the negative reviews to get the full story.
