Pros:
- Great location (I loved living near Toco Hills and Buckhead)
- Excellent Parking
- Decent workout facility
- Surprisingly nice landscaping
- Friendly/timely maintenance staff
Cons:
- Rude/unintelligent management/secretarial staff. (This was the worst part about living there. Don't take this lightly. I got the distinct impression that the management were looking to squeeze every penny out of its tenants, and did not give a damn about them beyond that. I was not very happy the day I received a letter in my door that said I had not paid my rent (even though I had paid and had a receipt to prove it), and they would evict me if I had not paid the rent plus an additional late charge within *less* than a 24-hour period. I received this letter the day of my final exams. Thanks, Post.
- Noise. The noise in my apartment was not *that* bad. I lived on the 2nd floor and there were times I thought that my ceiling was going to fall in, but overall not bad. I heard my next door neighbor (through my bedroom wall) vomit one morning, which was pretty gross. Sometimes the landscaping crews would be really loud at like 8am.
- -------- on my porch. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against --------. I just don't like them climbing up to my balcony on a ladder to do some painting and looking at me through my porch door while I'm trying to eat my lunch.
- No grass for my Poochie's poops. I had a dog for a bit at Post. I had to pay $1000 (only $250 refundable) to have him living with me. There is hardly any grass at all inside the complex, but plenty of "Do not curb your pet here" signs. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
