Years at this apartment: 2008-01-01 - 2009-01-01

pros: well kept, nice neighborhood
cons: management (especially the property manager) extremely rude, unresponsive, does not return calls about complaints, raised rent by 20% but still have money to paint and retile pools, noisy, not as safe as i would prefer, bad parking, more people leaving than moving in.
take it for what its worth.
