I am originally from California and a little concerned moving so far away from home. I spoke to many apartment communities before making my decision to relocate, but found the warmth and the personal attention given to me by the Post Briarcliff staff to be outstanding. They made my transaction comfortable and worry free. Once arriving to Atlanta and moving into my apartment, I knew that I had made the right decision. The community is Beau-t-ful.... and the activities and community amenities are fantastic. I love my new home and the new friends I have made here and strongly recommend Post Briarcliff to anyone wanting to reside in luxury and in a professional setting. Top Notch environment!

WOW!!! If you don't live at Post Briarcliff anymore, it's obvious that you have lost your job, and have way too much time on your hands to be posting negative blogs about folks. Believe it or not 99% of residents that live at Post Briarcliff like it there or they wouldn't be living there. The other 1% are disgruntled because they forgot to give their 60 day notice in time, and are now being held to their lease, which they signed! There are no trashy blondes in the office, so you must not have visited any time in the last 5 years. Or you're just making stuff up. So why don't you go get a job and do some real work!

I'm not the person above, and can't speak on behalf of him. But I still have my job, and I am actually pretty busy. However, I am taking time out of my day to warn people against Post Briarcliff. It is overpriced, and is a dangerous place to live. I've lived here for 5 years, and have never seen the amount of break in's that there are at Post Briarcliff. To say "well that's just how Atlanta is" is irresponsible, and total BS. The staff is rude, and unhelpful. Most of the glowing reviews you will read are most likely made by the same staff I'm talking about. I have no reason to bad mouth them other than the fact that they were terrible to me when I lived there. I ran into problems quickly, and got out as soon as my year lease was over. I moved to Highland View and was MUCH more satisfied. With a lot of apartment complexes you're going to have clashes with the staff, but Post Briarcliff was the worst. I had insects crawling on me while I was sleeping, but they wouldn't send an exterminator for 2 WEEKS because they were "negotiating." This just points to the recurring problem, that they care more about money than your safety, security, and quality of life. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Interesting response from the leasing office. So when your not busy kicking people while they are down so you can scrape every penny you can off of people what else do you do? Beat up Senior Citizens? Scheme ways of ruining people's apartment living experience?
