When you come to tour this property you are greeted with beautiful lush landscaping and a property with many common areas and pools and a work out area. The staff is professional and top notch and seem to listen and want you to become part of the community and talk about all the activities they have there.

That is of course until you sign the lease and notice the Mexican landscapers digging out dead tulips with a backhoe and replacing them with "new ones" and then you notice the pool and common areas are really poorly maintained on close examination. Most of the "community" that the leasing staff speak of are a bunch of spoiled Emory College kids that lucked out on mom and dad's tab for an apartment off campus who are loud and only care about themselves. Most of the really nice common areas are either locked or "turned off" when the leasing office is not there as they are not for existing residents they are just for potential residents to look at. Virtually everything here is just for show. The flowers might be real on the outside but that smiling caring attitude and welcome you got was as fake as they get when there is a problem. There's a serious parking problem due to the poor design and management of the property and there's some serious crime in this complex that is unusual in comparison to the rest of the area.

I leased my unit based on the Post name and reputation and relocated from another city. What I got was a boring cheaply appointed apartment unit with uppity management staff at an outrageously overpriced monthly lease rate. From the cheap counter tops and carpeting to the fake flooring to he bottom of the line cabinetry and appliances in the kitchen you can do better for less in the Atlanta market. I realized my mistake when I visited a co worker who had also relocated and noticed their unit was nicer and bigger than mine for a lot less per month.

If your thinking of moving here DON'T! You can do a LOT better for a lot less!! The Post reputation is completely over rated.
