Let's make it short:
Pros- Next to Emory Uiversity and Bus lines/shuttles, the apparent feeling of security, it's pretty
Cons- Next to Emory University, which means lots of noisy students in the property; BIG sound insulation problem (so many sleepless nights because my neighbor was talking loudly, or peeing or just walking late); the staff (what a bunch of rude people!), the security (too many break ins, keycard gates are most of the time broken, the Post security service car hasn't moved for 6 months, I assume they never used it), TOO EXPENSIVE.
When I arrived there, I was so happy to live in a friendly, nice place, but then i saw there was another side to the medal, where people are rude, try to get all the money they can from you, but mu biggest problem was the noise, and the migraines I had because of hearing evry foot step of my upstairs neighbor. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I live at post and I completely disagree. I don't know if different building have different noise problems, but there are no noisy students in mine. Also, I have never once had a problem with the keycard gates, and I walk to Wholefoods and outside the complex frequently. I do have a remote that I use for the car gates, though, so I can't speak for those. Also, the security guard rides around ALL NIGHT LONG. I normally take my dog running around the complex at night because I feel safer that outside it, and I pass him multiple times. It may be a little pricey, but I think it is worth it. I have lived at Post for almost a year.

Are you sure you live at Post Briarcliff? I have never once seen the gates broken (only time it didn't work was when a storm knocked the power out). In fact, when the power was off and the gates wouldn't work, they stationed the security guard right at the gate. I see him all night long, riding around the complex. There might be legit complaints about this complex (not from me, I love it) but your are definitely false.
