**Update 03/01/10 - We have received three notices in the past two weeks regarding a spike in home and car break ins. Noise levels are still ridiculous due to crappy insulation and bad neighbors. The trash in the bushes and hallways is still a constant. Some of the trash that was left from construction this summer is still stuck in the bushes. Do yourself a HUGE favor, save the head-ache and look at a different complex. Otherwise the next 12 months could be hell for you.

I am a current resident. Do not move in here! I have the rudest neighbors that leave their beer cans all over the parking lot, in the hallways and bushes. They come in between 1 and 5 am at least 6 nights a week. This is the standard for the entire building that I live in, so a good night of sleep is never a choice. Even after months of complaints nothing has been done and my roommate and I are forced to live with it or pay to break the lease. The buildings have been under constant construction for 6 months and the grounds look awful. So much for paying more for "luxury apartments". We have had a problem with bugs since day one and the HVAC unit has backed up and flooded our apartment on multiple occasions but is never replaced.
When you have an issue with the business side of living here, non complaint related, the leasing office (with the exception of one person) gives you complete attitude. I have been here a little over a year and regret stepping foot into the leasing office.
