I got a great deal because of construction that should be done in a month or so. They appear to be on schedule. I have found the management to be fair and professional and maintenance to be excellent. The few minor problems I have had have been resolved in an acceptable, timely fashion. It is not cheap to live here. You have to pay for everything, gas, electric, phone, water, sewer, cable, internet. All utilities cost between $200-300 a month for my small studio apartment. One positive, for me, is that there appear to be few if any children living on the property. Most residents seem to be professional, 9-5 business types. My summary is that Post Chastain is a clean, comfortable, safe place to live in a great location. If you decide to move here tell them "Mike in 6408" sent you. I could use the referral fee.
