The management of Post Chastain care about themselves above anything else. They have zero flexibility and do not care (even after their parent company lost 50 million in one quarter) about their residents. The rent is insanely high for a complex that won't even listen to you. Yes, the buildings are nice, but not nearly 1000 a month nice. If you talk to the management about a specific problem, they will do anything they can to not help you. As other people have said in reviews, they care about the rent check and only about getting the rent check. For this much money I would expect someone to listen - their area manager will also ignore you.
