I have been living in Post Collier Hills for a few months now. The management was extremely kind and helpful in getting me in on short notice. They continue to be prompt and courteous with anything that comes up.

As a young single professional, I think this is a good and safe place to live. My neighbors are mostly college or grad students, young professionals like myself, or families with 1 or 2 kids. I thought that the number of college kids here would mean noise and disruption, but so far I have been impressed with the sound proof walls - I hear nothing (except the traffic from the interstate, which kind of sounds like an ocean, so that's nice). I have visited the pool once in hopes to get some quiet time in for reading - and was met with a huge college pool party! I thought it would be noisy, but I found out they have ample space and found a nice quiet secluded spot away from the madness and was still able to enjoy my afternoon.

Parking can be a little tight if you get home late. But I feel safe walking at night and there are few if any security issues.

Maintenance people are so nice and come out within the 48 hour time frame in the contract. This was my first time with a gas stove, so they showed me how to work it and didn't mind at all that I was simply ignorant about the way it worked. A dripping in the bathtub was also fixed up in a timely manner.

The gym is fairly large and well-equipped. I love it! They also have tennis.

I have not seen any hidden fees anywhere. I fact, the month I paid my water bill separately to them, they called me and told me that they already factor it into the rent and asked how I would like to get the money back. The people are honest and professional.

I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a well-managed, safe, quiet, well-kept apartment home for singles or small families if you can afford the rent.
