I currently reside at Post Crest and will be leaving shortly.

First, I would like to say in the beginning the staff was extremely nice (Leslie) in particular,, the grounds are always well kept, and the neighbors were friendly.

Maintenance is nice and responds as fast as possile.

I m not sure what happened but between the problem with the air conditioning.

Trash near the back gate, and horrible HIGH water bills I have changed my outlook.

Our neighbors are very loud and there children are running through the breezeways after 11 p.m.

during the week! Not understanding this! Whiles I was here there were 4 break-ins but that's happening everywhere which is understandable.

Overall, no major complaints except the water bill is ridiculous and the staff has changed 3 times in less then a year no always a good change either.

Post Properties are know for luxury living and the apartment are nice although I feel they can stand to be upgraded a little.

Be sure to look carefully.

If you are a person who likes a consistent water/electric bill Please go elsewhere this is not the place for you.
