Management is good. Maintenance is quick.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
No problems here for the past two years. However have noticed that in the past two year the quility of residents has been degraded by the management. It seems they are relaxing thier standards. You normally do not see people repairing thier cars at a Post Property, however, I have seen it on several occasions now. Also, try to get an apartment towards the south side of the property, or at least facing the southside, as the CSX railroad tracks are just adjacent to the property. The trains seem to run about every 20 mins. or so. About two months ago we did recieve a notice on our doors advising of a Peeping Tom around teh property. I do feel very safe here, and have never had any problems with roaches or ants.
