Post Crest is a very quiet family oriented neighborhood. It is very beautiful, calm, and relaxing. So, if you are looking for a very quiet neighborhood with lots of kids, its for you. I rented a 1 bedroom carriage home & loved it. The maintence staff is amazing, especcially Willie.
The only complaints I had was cost of rent. Its very high. The reason I moved is because they raised my rent out of my price range. Also, if you have a garage make sure that there are no trees around it. Two of my friend's cars were hit pulling out of my driveway, due to a tree in the way of the line of vision. But, after complaining several times, the landscapers trimmed the tree.
