I loved the location and safety, as well as peacefulness of the complex. Post is a very professional company, however not unlike several other property management companies, their professional facade hides the fact that they still use cheap construction and building materials not meant to last. In the five months I lived at Post Crest, I had numerous maintenance problems. First was a minor (but very annoying) leaky toilet that took 4 tries to fix. Things got more serious when the A/C unit decided to leak behind the wall and turn my carpeting into a wet bog. Simultaneously, the water heater and hurricane rains caused major leaks behind another wall, totally eating up the trim and creating so much mold. Needless to say, I was able to break my lease without a fuss or penalty from management, but for the amount I was paying ($730 ), these problems are not worth it.
