After problems with another community, I've been here 3 years with minimal complaints. The rent needs a reality check...but honestly I guess you pay for the non-tangibles...safety, quality residents, and great staff. The pool is awesome, they an ionization process so it doesn't burn your eyes. There IS a LOT a partying at the pool on weekends...a young crowd that drinks from noon till 6 before they hit the bars. They are pretty nice but your kid will learn a few new words and observe some "friendly" behavior. The apts are cheaply constructed. The carpet wears quickly and stains easily. But, the apts are a good size and its a good place for a young family or single mom to live. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
