The apartments are nice, but kind of on the small side. They have a serious roach problem! There isn't a day I have been outside after 8 and have not seen a large, disgusting roach. Don't move here if you can't stand bugs, b/c you'll be surrounded by them. For the amount of rent ($1000 )for a two bedroom, that you'll be paying, you don't need that sort of problem. The staff and apartments aren't kid friendly and do not allow kids to play outside. The staff seems to be stuck up and unpleasant. They constantly sent me mail if my kid was outside playing stating that kids outside playing were a disturbance and the apartment was not responsible for providing a kid-friendly environment. The location is good, apartments have nice features, and are clean. But I can find something cheaper that has all this, plus not as serious a roach problem and is kid friendly for less.

I can't believe this reviewer is complaining about seeing bugs *outside*! But seriously, the comments about kids not playing outside make me want to check this place out.

You have the audacity to complain about bugs OUTSIDE of the apartment??? $1,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment?? And the rules being enforced about your KIDS playing outside is a rule that is enforced for your the SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD you DUM DUM. Go ahead and find a place to live FOR LESS like you claim - and watch and see how much REAL SH.IT you go thru. You people kill me complaining about BULLSH.IT.
