Have lived here for going on 3 years (2003-06), and will be moving soon. But I have very much enjoyed my time here at Post Crest. The location is excellent--convenient to downtown, Buckhead and Vinings, though the shopping and restaurant options closeby are somehwat limited. Cumberland Mall, directly behind the property, is not among the nicest of Atlanta malls, though it is undergoing a renovation and a Costco is about to open there (Aug 2006). Office staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick. I've never had to wait for more than 24 hours for maintenance to show up. Rents are reasonable for the area, though they are going up. The building and, in fact, the whole complex, is quiet. My one complaint about the building itself: the plumbing isn't the greatest. Sinks have a tendency to clog up more than anywhere else I've lived, and shower water pressure isn't all that great. Small prices to pay, IMO, though, as I have thoroughly enjoyed the time I've lived at Post Crest. I highly recommend it!
