I have lived in apartments all over the ATL area and by far Post Crest are the worst ones ever! That damn train that goes right behind the complex is LOUD and annoying 24/7 non-stop. The mgmt will tell you is not a problem...that is total BS! You will be awaken at night each hour many times...I had to buy earplugs in order to sleep!
The bad insulation in the units - you crank your heat up and is for nothing...the apt stay like an ice box in the winter time and like a sauna during the summer.
Staff is rude and only care for your rent. I would not recommend the apt complex to anyone!
