Train track within 100m and is so annoying!

Like other folks in the reviews that complained about the train... it is entirely true. The whole building rattles and sometimes wakes you up in the middle of the night. I'd like to have a good night's sleep when I'm at bed...but the train is loud.
Other than the train, the staff is young and is quite effective although they are rude at times...who isn't''
They have a small lap pool and the buildings are like 10 years old and well maintained.
Location is great- walk to cumberland mall, cheescake factory and other restaturants.
Rents are moderate. 1bdroom start at $640
