Enjoyed our time here.

We lived here for 2 years and loved it.

The only reason we moved was to be closer to work.

The location is fantastic, especially with the additions to Cumberland Mall.

Downtown Vinings is less than a mile away, ample shopping and food, and close to the interstates.
The apartments themselves are built well - we hardly ever heard our neighbors (which was a huge change from our last place).

The buildings are well-maintained (they just completed a cleaning and painting project this Fall), and they frequently power wash the walkways and stairwells.
We only called maintenance once when we first moved in, and they came right away.

The maintentance personnel can usually be found around the complex, so if you had questions you could easily ask them directly.

We rarely had to interact with the front office, but when we did they were pleasant and efficient.

We had ants in the bathroom once, but it was nothing a little spray didn't take care of.

There were a few car break-ins in the Summer of '05, but they had patrols out there and they quickly stopped.
Overall, we had no major problems while living there, and if we hadn't needed to be closer to work we'd most likely have stayed.
