We have been there almost 2 years and dodn't have too many problems. The walls are thin and you can hear loud talking or walking that goes on outside. We are on a ground level apartment and we did have a problem with the giant Palmetto bugs or roaches getting in from outside. They had to come 3 times to seal places where they were getting in, but know we are virtually bug-free. Note: bugs are common on the ground level apartments- if you can't take it, get an upstairs unit. We are fairly close to the train, but I don't really hear it unless I'm outside. It really doesn't bother me at all. Staff has always been nice. The grounds are usually well kept. No real complaints here!
