Apartment is nice but.....

My apartment is nice and the rent is reasonable for something with this location(close to Vinings, Cumberland Mall, Publix, 285 and 75) I also think the staff does a good job.The only complaint I have is you can hear EVERYTHING from the other apartments sometimes I feel like I'm living in a dormitory with the loud music, tv, etc. I'm moving because of this and also because they keep raising the rent.
